Our focus is delivering a seamless, memorable guest experience while maintaining the pace of a busy, in-demand restaurant. Position Summary As the host/hostess you not only set the tone for the guest experience, you are the first and last point of contact for every guest. Every interaction should feel warm, polished, calm, and confident. Hosts should speak clearly, smile, maintain eye contact, and be able to multitask. The host is setting the standard for the entire evening. We are looking to hire those who has the ability make every guest feel expected, welcome, important, comfortable and confident they are in good hands. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Manage reservations and walk-ins using platforms such as OpenTable, Resy etc. Oversee the flow of the dining room, ensuring thoughtful pacing and balanced seating Provide accurate wait times and maintain clear communication with guests Escort guests to their tables with a polished and attentive presence Work closely with management and service staff to maintain smooth operations Anticipate guest needs, including special occasions and returning guests Address guest inquiries or concerns with poise and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand and entrance Contribute to a smooth departure experience by acknowledging and thanking guests Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hosting experience in an upscale, high-volume setting Strong understanding of service flow and guest experience standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities High attention to detail and situational awareness Professional, polished appearance Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Perks What We're Looking For A poised and attentive professional who can balance energy with elegance.
