Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Lead Host/Maitre D to elevate our guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors. As a key team leader, you will oversee the host team, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, efficient seating, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, establishing a positive first impression Manage reservations and waitlists using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Lead and train host team members on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and hospitality best practices Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with the restaurant staff to communicate guest needs and facilitate smooth service flow Maintain a clean, organized host station and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols Experience Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Strong background in food service and customer relations with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly phone etiquette Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest services Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across guest-facing roles Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively setting

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
