Job Description
At the Sandlot Social, we're focused on creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host to be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive Escort guests to tables and provide menus Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Coordinate seating with servers and management Maintain a clean and organized front entrance area Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
