Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time Host/Hostess to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests warmly when they arrive
- Seating guests and helping manage the seating chart
- Managing the waitlist during busy hours
- Answering phone calls
- Taking customer takeout orders over the phone
- Making and confirming reservations
- Answering customer questions about the restaurant, menu, hours, and availability
- Providing friendly and professional customer service We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
