About Josephine's Josephine's is a modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Mid City Baton Rouge, with a menu centered around housemade pastas, pizzas and seasonal dishes. About the Position Our Hosts are the first and last people many of our guests see, so we're looking for warm, friendly and dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping others. You don't need restaurant experience—we're happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills and a natural sense of hospitality. This is a great position for students or anyone looking for flexible part-time work, as well as those interested in learning the restaurant business and potentially growing into a Server position.
