  • We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at We Do Days! The Host/Hostess will greet guests as they arrive, seat them at their tables, and provide them with menus.
  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude Seat guests at their tables and provide them with menus Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness in the host/hostess station and lobby area This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
