This blended role includes hosting, bussing, expo duties, and managing reservations and online ordering flow. You'll greet guests, maintain table turnover, coordinate food accuracy, and assist with third‑party pickup orders in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. Duties Greet guests, manage waitlists, and track reservations with accuracy. Assign seating using our table‑management system. Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining room. Clear and reset tables quickly to support smooth service flow. Coordinate food between kitchen and servers; check accuracy and presentation. Communicate modifications, allergies, and special requests to kitchen staff. Monitor and organize DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GotChew pickup orders. Ensure correct packaging and timely handoff to drivers. Requirements Experience in hosting, bussing, expo, or online ordering support is a plus but not required. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Basic math skills for reservations and guest counts. Familiarity with POS or reservation systems is helpful. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Positive attitude and commitment to great guest service. Join the Team!
