As a Host at Sea Level, you are the first and last person our guests encounter. Whether it's by a warm friendly greeting at the host desk, assisting guests with reservations, or with a takeout order. You have the ability to make a lasting impression on everyone you meet that walks through the door. We're looking for team members with high energy, who thrive working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting & Seating:

Greeting guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and assisting them to their table

Reservation Management:

Assisting guests with their reservations, booking reservations and organizing the seating chart.

Waitlist Management:

Providing guests with accurate wait times and managing the flow of guests during busy periods.

Table Turnover:

Coordinate with bussers and servers to know when tables become available.

Menu Maintenance:

Distributing menus and ensuring they are clean.

Guest Service:

Addressing customer queries and resolving complaints professionally

Takeout:

Assisting guests is placing takeout orders and ensuring that delivery drivers are receiving the correct order Must be 18 or older for the position Full Time & Part Time Hours are available Prior Restaurant Experience is preferred
