Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism Manage reservation bookings and waitlist procedures efficiently using POS systems Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain clear communication with the service staff to coordinate seating and service flow Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Keep the host stand organized, clean, and inviting to enhance the overall guest experience Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred Strong background in food service and customer service roles, with a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience in hotel or guest services roles is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to create positive interactions at all touchpoints Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a lively environment

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
