Position Summary Supercharged Party Hosts ensure fun, safe events by creating a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding guest expectations. You'll manage event setup, food and beverage service, and activity coordination. This role requires self-motivation, organization, and multitasking. Job Duties and Responsibilities Gathering all essential event and staffing information prior to event start Overseeing the setup of all tables/areas and supplies Creates a personal connection with the event contact to ensure that all of their expectations are exceeded Oversees service of food and beverage Assists with activity-related functions such as giving safety briefings, monitoring activity participants, escorting guests to and from activities, etc. Communicating with managers and other team members about event itinerary and any special requests Maintains a clean and organized event space Supporting all team members, ownership, and leadership in any way possible Representing the company in all times and all places Other duties may be assigned Position Requirements Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as extended workdays to support business needs.
