Host/Hostess We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Host/Hostess to join our team! The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and comfortable interacting with guests while creating a positive first impression. Receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is strongly required. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage reservations and assist with seating guests Answer and direct phone calls professionally Assist guests with questions and requests Maintain an organized and Welcoming host stand Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team memebers Help ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining room Provide excellent customer service from the moment guests arrive to the end of their stay Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, restaurant, or customer service expereince preferred Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment Comfortable answering phones and interacting with guests Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
