Full Job Description Host & Seating:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage the waitlist during peak hours, and efficiently escort customers to their tables to balance server workloads.

Cashiering & Transactions:

Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, operate the POS system, process bills, and ensure the register balances perfectly at the end of the shift.

Answering Phones:

Politely answer incoming phone calls to handle table reservations, take takeout/delivery orders, and answer general customer inquiries.

Front Desk Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand, cashier station, and lobby area.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
