Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and enjoys working with the public. Responsibilities Greet customers with a ready smile Assist Customers in preparing their mail and shipments Sort, scan and process incoming mail and packages Retrieve customer mail and packages and scan out Pack items for shipment Answer phones Clean and stock as needed Maintain front store displays and shipping supplies Close the registers and store in the evenings as scheduled Assist with store cleaning when required. Qualifications Friendly, patient attitude Ability to problem solve quickly Must be able to multi-task Good computer skills Proficient in basic math Service oriented Detail oriented Good communication skills with customers Retail experience strongly preferred Preference will be given to applications with completed assessments.
