Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Busser to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating process. Additionally, you will assist with bussing tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will have prior host/hostess experience and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or waiting lists as needed Escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly Maintain a clean and organized dining area by bussing tables efficiently Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables to ensure readiness for new guests Answer guest inquiries politely and provide information about the menu or restaurant policies Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
