Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Host/Busser to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Escort guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and comfort. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables promptly after guests depart. Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently to optimize service flow. Manage phone communication with professionalism, handling reservation inquiries and guest questions with courtesy and clarity. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation procedures during table service. Support guest relations by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience. Experience Previous host/hostess or busser experience in a busy restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions, are essential. Basic math skills are necessary for handling guest checks and seating calculations accurately. Experience with POS systems and restaurant table management tools enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
