Key Responsibilities The First Impression:

Greet guests with a warm, refined demeanor and manage the coat check with care.

Reservation Management:

Utilize our reservation platform (Resy) to maximize dining room seating while ensuring the kitchen and service teams are never over-extended.

Floor Orchestration:

Monitor table turns and communicate effectively with the management and service teams to ensure accurate wait times and seamless transitions.

Personalized Hospitality:

Recognize regulars, manage special guest requests, and ensure every departure is as polished as the arrival.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain a fundamental understanding of our menu and beverage offerings to answer initial guest inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in an upscale or fine-dining host role is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a professional, polished appearance. Experience with reservation management software and a high level of digital literacy. Ability to remain calm, organized, and gracious under pressure. A proactive mindset and a strong commitment to team-building and workplace professionalism. Availability for evening shifts Why Forest?
