Phoenicia, a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Birmingham, is searching for a passionate and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first impression of our restaurant, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Seat guests according to their preferences and reservation status. Manage the waitlist efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions between reservations. Maintain a clean and organized hostess station. Assist with answering phones and taking reservations. Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service flow.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting (preferred). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests of all backgrounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Professional appearance and demeanor.
