• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

• Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Provide menus and relay information about specials
• Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service-Running Food-Bussing Tables

• Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Point of Sale systems
• Prior experience in a hotel or fine-dining service establishment preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and hospitality
• Willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
