Job Description
Hospitality Driven Host/Guest Services We are looking for an energetic and thoughtful Host to be a new friendly face of Leña , a hospitality forward restaurant in Brush Park. You'll be a face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsibilities Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment for all guests Interface and collaborate with our team members to support general operations Manage the reservation system, foresee potential issues with the floor plan and make adjustments accordingly Ensure process standardization and continuous improvement on how we do things Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Support our broader team in building a culture of fun, mutual respect and inclusivity as an establishment Skills Planning and organizational skills are highly desired Proven host experience Great interpersonal and telephone skills Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy
