FINE DINING HOST EXPERIENCE A REQUIREMENT

Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for seating assignments and transactions Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality role is a plus
• Knowledge of food service etiquette and procedures
