Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic host/hostess to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. As a host/host, you will play a crucial role in organizing the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, seating guests in a pace and manner that keeps the restaurant flow smooth, operating open table for reservations, answering phones, restocking supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry, particularly in nightlife settings such as bars, nightclubs, and catering events. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling processes and cash registers is advantageous. Experience in kitchen operations or catering environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for working in nightlife environments such as bars or nightclubs is highly desirable.
