Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and positive energy to create an inviting atmosphere Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their dining experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring every visitor feels appreciated Experience No previous experience needed we will happily teach you ! Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not needed. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest interaction is helpful but not required.
