Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression Must be 16+ to apply Manage wait lists and seat guests efficiently to optimize restaurant flow Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and floors Support guest needs by answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or busser in a restaurant setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Experience in hotel or guest services can be advantageous but is not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
