• Aurora Italiana is an upscale Italian restaurant located in West Bloomfield, MI. We offer a refined fine-dining experience with a focus on delicious cuisine, attentive service, and a polished atmosphere. We're seeking a Host with a natural ability to connect and thrive in a team-driven, fine-dining environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates resilience in guest interactions, a genuine eagerness to create great experiences for others, and a positive, coachable attitude when receiving feedback. You should be comfortable working closely with a large team and contributing to a smooth service. Willing to train the right personality!

Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield, MI Schedule:

Part-time 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM (Sundays until 9 PM), 2-3 days per week (weekends and most holidays are required).

If you have:

Experience working in customer service (1 year hosting preferred). Are at least 18 years of age and can work nights. English language skills. Reliable transportation.

And you can:

Confidently greet guests and kindly guide them to their table. Use POS software systems to track reservations (OpenTable). Answer the telephone and answer calls inquiring about our menu, reservations, wait times, comments/complaints, etc. Maintain composure under periods of high stress and high volume.
