Our goal is to create fun, memorable experiences for children while providing outstanding hospitality for families and guests. Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, positive, and outgoing team member to join our event staff. As a Party Host & Event Assistant, you'll help create an amazing experience for children and families by assisting with parties, events, activities, and general facility operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours who enjoys working with kids and being part of a fun, energetic environment. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a great customer experience
- Assist with party and event setup and cleanup
- Lead games, activities, and entertainment for children ages 0-12
- Interact with children and communicate with parents in a professional manner
- Help keep events organized, safe, and running smoothly
- Assist coaches and staff during classes, camps, and special events as needed
- Operate simple event equipment such as TVs, music systems, lights, and photo booths
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and dependable
- Comfortable interacting with children and families
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to take initiative and stay engaged during events
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is required
- Previous experience working with children, events, hospitality, customer service, or recreation is a plus, but not required Hours This is a flexible part-time position.
