Job Description

Host Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus. Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area Preparing tables for guests Delivering food to tables Responding to guests requests and informing management of any complaints Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons
Server Assistant Requirements:
Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures The ability to work as part of a team The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to stand for extended periods Excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Summary As a Host at Table 100, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, utilizing your core skills in host/hostess experience, food service, and customer service to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Your strong communication skills will be essential in coordinating seating arrangements and managing guest inquiries. With premium skills in guest relations and hospitality, you will ensure that each guest feels valued and attended to. Your relevant skills in POS systems and guest services will further enhance your ability to provide exceptional service.
