Job Description

Join us and become the first impression of an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven professional to join our fine dining team as a Host / Dining Room Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and understands that genuine hospitality extends far beyond greeting guests at the door. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate the flow of service while supporting both the front- and back-of-house teams. Responsibilities Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival, creating an exceptional first impression. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while maximizing the dining room's efficiency. Oversee the fair and strategic rotation of server sections. Bus and reset tables promptly to maintain dining room flow. Assist servers with table maintenance throughout service. Provide water service and support overall guest hospitality. Coordinate and package takeout orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate dining room volume and pacing with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Roll silverware and assist with opening and closing side work. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining room, and guest areas. Assist wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Previous fine dining experience is required. Ideally, 5 or more years of full-service restaurant experience. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and polished communication skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume environment. A team-first attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service. Schedule Must be available to work at least four nights each week. Evening availability is required. While weekend availability is important, we value work-life balance and offer the opportunity for occasional weekends off.
