As a member of our support staff team, you will be provided with complete and thorough training to ensure you are set up for success and confidence while providing superior service to our guests.

Support Staff Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting our guests at the door and utilizing our table management software to provide accurate wait times (when necessary) and seating assignments for our guests. Leading guests to their table while briefly welcoming them and providing a brief explanation of our daily features handout. Greeting guests on the phone who may need assistance with reservations, placing a takeout order, or answering general questions. Participation with takeout orders, including taking accurate orders over the phone, bagging orders and checking for accuracy, and bringing takeout orders to our pick-up station or curbside.
