We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hostess/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first face our guests see, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, seating guests, managing the reservation book, and accurately processing payments.

Responsibilities and Duties Greeting & Seating:

Enthusiastically greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.

Cashiering:

Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Reservations:

Manage incoming calls, reservations, and waitlists professionally.

Customer Service:

Address guest queries, resolve complaints, and provide a positive dining experience.

Takeout Orders:

Take and package takeout orders, ensuring order accuracy.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized host station, entrance, and front-of-house area.

Teamwork:

Assist servers and bussers with table turnover during busy shifts.

Job Types:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
