Full Job Description Theodore's Host Staff:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the front-of-house team, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the host area. This is a hands-on role that includes food running, drink preparation, and daily cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed Take orders accurately and efficiently when required Prepare and refill tea and lemonade according to set recipes Run food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally Refill the water station throughout the shift Complete daily cleaning checklist for the host area and other assigned sections Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station Communicate clearly with team members and support overall restaurant operations Follow all health and safety guidelines Use our ice cream machine

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Willingness to follow instructions and standard procedures

Pay:

$13.50 - $17.50 per hour
