Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality boba tea and other specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, answer questions, and provide product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for change Experience Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially within cafés or retail environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Experience in food preparation, serving, or food safety practices is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting using effective time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food handling and safety regulations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional bubble tea experiences!
