In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will help set the tone for our restaurant, making every guest feel valued and appreciated. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Answer phone calls with professionalism, handling inquiries and reservations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours Experience Previous hosting experience is preferred, but not required Background in food service or restaurant experience is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us in providing an exceptional dining experience that keeps our guests coming back!
