Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Takaeout. As a Host/Takeout, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
• Provide menus to guests and assist with any questions or special requests
• Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
• Assist with taking call aheads and answering phone calls
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Take To Go Orders and input into POS
• Pack up To Go orders and always ensure accuracy

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, but not required we will train you!
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of food service procedures and industry standards
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
