The Italian Farmhouse is looking for a friendly, dependable Host to join our team! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a fun, hardworking restaurant team. As a Host, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with. You'll greet and seat guests, answer the phone, take to-go orders, help bus and reset tables, and keep the dining room and host area organized. There will also be some side work throughout your shifts to help keep the restaurant running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Greeting and welcoming guests Seating guests and helping manage the flow of the dining room Answering phones and taking to-go orders Bussing and resetting tables Keeping the host stand and dining room clean and organized Completing side work Helping out servers and the rest of the team when needed Providing a friendly and welcoming experience for our guests What we're looking for: Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Someone who enjoys working with people A positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a busy restaurant Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Friday and Saturday availability preferred Tips are included with the position. There is also room to grow! For someone who enjoys the restaurant industry and wants to learn more, this position can be a great starting point to learn the dining room and eventually move into a Server position after gaining experience and demonstrating the skills needed for the role.
