Experienced Host/Hostess

Host/Host Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with RESY OS reservation software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous manner
• Knowledge of food service procedures and guest relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Understanding of phone etiquette and reservation management As a Host/Host, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the overall guest experience.
