Our team is passionate, and our goal is to offer an unforgettable dining experience every time. We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Brothers Daley, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the First Impression Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Create a strong sense of energy and hospitality at the door Recognize returning guests and build genuine relationships Own the Door & Flow of Service Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with accuracy and composure Control the pace of seating to support both guest experience and service flow Communicate consistently with managers, kitchen and service staff Support the Dining Room Stay aware of table status, timing, and guest needs Anticipate issues and adjust in real time Keep the entrance and host stand clean, organized, and aligned with the space Guest Interaction Support service recovery when needed Stay informed on menus, specials, and events Promote merchandise to guests and manage sales of all merchandise Team Support Work closely with the front-of-house team to maintain flow and standards Contribute to a positive, detail-oriented environment

What We're Looking For :

1-2+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant (upscale preferred) Strong presence—polished, confident, and guest-focused Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure Familiar with RESY reservation systems Available nights, weekends, and holidays Genuinely cares about hospitality and guest experience Why join Brothers Daley?
