In this dynamic role, you'll be the heart of our celebration spaces, ensuring every event runs smoothly, safely, and with a splash of fun. From managing lively parties to assisting with event setup and guest engagement, you'll be instrumental in delivering memorable moments that keep guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your event management and customer service skills in a lively and indoor environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival through departure Coordinate and oversee party activities, including games, entertainment, and food service Manage event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and equipment handling with manual handling safety protocols Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, employing conflict management techniques when necessary Enforce safety protocols including first aid procedures and CPR when required to ensure guest safety at all times Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the venue, including outdoor work areas and indoor spaces Support food service operations by preparing and serving snacks or beverages while adhering to food safety standards Engage with guests through public speaking or hosting activities to enhance their experience Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy event periods Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience working with children or in hospitality settings enhances suitability for this role Previous experience working at an event venue is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of tasks at a high speed and maintain a positive environment Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Ability to perform moderate lifting and manual handling tasks safely during setup or cleanup processes Outgoing personality with excellent public speaking abilities to engage guests confidently Join us as a Party Host Team Member where your energy fuels celebrations!
