Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide a warm welcome upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using systems Toast and Resy Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring smooth guest flow throughout service Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate seating and guest needs Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant and reservation procedures Experience Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices Prior serving or food service experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
