Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
Duties:
- Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest relations skills
