As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll manage reservations, greet guests with a friendly smile, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, assisting with reservations or questions Coordinate with the dining staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in customer service or guest relations enhances your ability to create memorable experiences Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest services best practices Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor during busy hours Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required Join us and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
