Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive, manage waitlists, and seat customers efficiently to enhance their dining experience Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization through proper cleaning and bussing techniques Assist servers by delivering food orders swiftly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle food running duties with care, ensuring safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting or food transport Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations by performing routine cleaning tasks in accordance with food safety standards Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and handling tasks when needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs, fostering a positive guest experience Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent guest services in person Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices during bussing or food running duties Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy dining environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
