Overview
LOBYS BAR AND GRILLE ON HILLS AND DALES RD
seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. Starts at$11 an hour and can go up over time. Saturday nights 4pm-8pm and Sundays 3pm-7pm If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role is perfect for you. Duties- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in coordinating take-out orders Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
