Overview:

Responsibilities:

Greet Guests as they Arrive with a Welcoming and Positive Attitude Manage Seating Software by Entering Accurate Guest Information and Updating Table Status Communicate Effectively with Front of House Team Members and Managers Estimate Accurate Wait Times for Guests based on Current Table Times, Party Size, Wait List, and other Factors Use Good Judgment to make Appropriate Accommodations for Guests based on Need Bus, Clean, and Sanitize Tables/Chairs/Seats Quickly to Ensure Efficient Seating Handle Phone Calls and any Inquiries on Reservations, as Needed Direct and Facilitate Carryout Pickup for Guests, as Needed Assist Serving Staff when Necessary, with Pre-Bussing Tables and Delivering Food and Beverages to Guests Work to Build Relationships with New and Regular Customers Maintain Cleanliness and Presentation of the Dining Room, Restrooms, and other Public Areas Execute Daily Cleaning Details, as Outlined by the Management Team Required qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Multi-Task in High Volume Environment Must be 16 to apply
