Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Party Host to join our team! As a Party Host, you will be the face of fun, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for guests of all ages. From birthdays to special events, you'll ensure that each celebration runs smoothly, is well-organized, and leaves guests with lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet party guests with a warm and friendly attitude Lead party activities and games in an engaging and organized manner Coordinate party flow including food, cake, and gift-giving Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment Communicate effectively with guests, parents, and team members Set up and break down party areas before and after events Handle special requests or concerns promptly and professionally Promote venue services and packages to guests as appropriate

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, childcare, or event hosting is a plus High energy, outgoing personality, and love for interacting with people Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with children or families Ability to think quickly and resolve conflicts on the spot Knowledge of party games, themes, or kid-friendly entertainment
