Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and energetic demeanor, making them feel immediately welcomed and appreciated Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems, such as OpenTable and Focus Maintain clear communication with both Front and Back of House staff to ensure a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about the restaurant, reservations, or wait times Assist guests with seating preferences, special requests, and any inquiries related to their dining experience Manage waiting lists and coordinate table assignments to optimize seating efficiency during busy hours Uphold high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring positive guest interactions at all times Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment is preferred, but not required Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Familiarity with restaurant POS systems Experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively setting Join us and be part of a team that values energetic hospitality, clear communication, and genuine guest care.
