Job Brief:

Our host / hostess must be happy and enjoy engaging people. Who will great every guest and thank every guest along with seating our guests and answering the phones.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome each and every guest as they enter Know what accommodations our guest may need before you seat them Walk the guest to their table and place menus, remove extra settings Answer the phone with a smile, take reservations and to go orders Assist support staff Know the flow of the floor Complete projects that are assigned Thank every guest as they leave

Requirements:

Experienced in customer service Knowledge with POS Cash handling a must Team player Well groomed Positive attitude Able to multi task Follow all of the Hostess Service Standards and Procedures Follow all of Noi Thai's Standards and Procedures If it sounds like you, come be a part of our family!!!
