Duties Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure Coordinate with the dining team to assign tables efficiently, balancing guest preferences and restaurant flow Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries while practicing proper phone etiquette Maintain organized waiting lists and monitor table availability to optimize seating efficiency Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support food safety standards by adhering to cleanliness and hygiene protocols in all guest-facing areas Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar hospitality role within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly phone communication and guest interactions Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills Basic math skills for managing waitlists, reservations, and billing procedures Experience with POS systems and familiarity with food service operations is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering top-tier guest services with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming smile.
