As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements in our restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus. Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements. Communicate wait times to guests and keep them informed during busy periods. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality. Ability to help create a positive dining experience for all guests. Familiarity with food service operations in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus. Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries professionally. A friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
