Host/Hostess (Full-Time)- Renaissance Allentown Hotel Renaissance Allentown is seeking a welcoming and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat all guests with professionalism and warmth. Maintain an organized seating chart using the "Open Table" reservation system. Ensure tables are properly set before seating guests. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations following all procedures. Accurately handle cash and room charge transactions. Keep the host podium clean, organized, and fully stocked. Ensure menus are clean and presentable before each shift. Be knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, including their locations and hours of operation.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, speak, and write in English fluently. Professional phone etiquette and reservation management skills.
