You'll plan and execute events, coordinate with teams, support presenters, and handle setups. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, staff, and execute events from start to finish Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless event operations Support teachers and presenters, ensuring they have all necessary resources Prepare event schedules, handouts, and A/V needs in advance Set up and arrange classrooms and event spaces- including decorations if needed, moving and stacking chairs, tables, blankets, and yoga props
